This process will expand into all areas of your life if you let it. It can remind you of what brings you joy. More time in nature? More time with family & friends? Learning a new skill or going back to a forgotten hobby?
If your mind wasn’t filled with clutter, what would you have the mental space for?
What Brings You Joy?
The aim of this process is to create a home that feels like a sanctuary, to be able to let out a sigh of relief and satisfaction when you walk through the door, to feel peace and joy in your calm and ordered home.
We will work through the five categories in the KonMari method, building your understanding and skills as we go. You will learn to identify what you really love and what you’re holding onto out of habit, guilt or you’re not even sure why!

How Will This Help Me?
Around 56% of UK adults have rooms in their home that are unusable due to clutter and 80% of people say they are stressed or anxious by the quantity of ‘stuff’ in their lives.
If you feel overwhelmed by clutter and how to organise your home, you’re not alone.
Trying to tackle the clutter and set up new systems by yourself is incredibly hard and unfortunately seldom works or lasts long term. Very few people have been taught how to tidy and organise effectively, so the cycle of an attempted clear out (that may feel great for a while) followed by a slide back to clutter, never seems to end. Until now!
Going through this process you’ll learn…
- Skills & techniques to sort and store your possessions.
- How to identify which items really spark joy and which can move on.
- To feel calm and content when letting things go.
- To future proof the skills you’ve learned and how a sustainable plan for tidying and organising can fit into your life going forward.
- To create an orderly space with a place for everything and everything in its place.
